Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red. The nose reveals ripe cherry, red plum, wild berries, sweet spice, tobacco and subtle smoky notes from the volcanic terroir. On the palate it is medium-bodied yet structured, with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins and pronounced mineral tension. The finish is long, savory and elegant, showcasing both freshness and depth.
